MHEI – ACM – This program educates the land-lease community operators on issues unique to their career. The ACM® designation distinguishes community managers who have experience managing manufactured home communities, have successfully completed the ACM program of education and have committed to upholding the ACM code of ethics. The ACM designation provides the opportunity for community managers to identify themselves as committed professionals.
ACM Course 1 – will be offered February 12-15, 2019 in Carlisle, PA. The focus of this 3 1/2 course is Professional Community Management and will cover an overview of the varied responsibilities of the community manager.
ACM Course 2 – will be offered October 22-24, 2019 in Carlisle, PA. The focus of this 2 1/2 day course is Advanced Community Management and will cover Community Operations and Financial Management.

Card Agent Training – April 11, 2019 – This PennDOT-authorized course consists of six hours of instruction on the most common transactions and procedures when processing manufactured housing title work. Card Agents are required to be trained one year after initial licensing and every two years thereafter. Click here for more information and registration form. District Meetings – held in mid-July – PMHA takes our brain power on the road in 7 regional informal District Meetings. Community Symposium – November 14, 2019 – PMHA offers a full day “Community” focused educational program in central PA. PA Installation Courses
Installation Refresher Course ($135)
For those installers who have completed the 2-day training and are now looking for the refresher course. A refresher course must be taken every three years after the initial training. Current Certified Installers may attend either date of training to satisfy the continuing education requirements.
2 Day Installation Course for Initial Certification ($200)
Those wanting to become Pennsylvania Installers are required to attend both days of training to meet the eligibility requirements for certification
