Service/Installation Person Wanted – Stonybrook Home Sales of Thomasville, LLC
Stonybrook Home Sales of Thomasville, LLC is looking to add a Service & Installation person to their team. Located in Thomasville, PA (York County). This position would include set-up of manufactured homes, such as blocking & leveling, tie-down installation, water & sewer line hook-ups, vinyl skirting installation, etc. Repair skills for trades such as carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and painting would be useful. Be able to perform essential physical labor qualifications and possess the ability to occasionally work in inclement weather and seasonal situations such as snow removal.
Experience preferred, but willing to train the right individual. A work vehicle will be provided, but you must have your own hand tools. Pay rate: $18-$25/hr. plus insurance. Must be drug & alcohol free. Send your resume to:
