If you’ve never taken an ACM® course, you will start with Course 1, followed by Course 2. After you’ve successfully completed both courses and passed both tests, you may apply for the ACM® designation.

Course 1 – Coming in 2026 – Anyone employed as a manager or assistant manager of a manufactured home community may participate in ACM® Course 1.
Course 2 – September 24-26, 2025 – ACM® Course 2 requires a minimum of two years of experience managing a manufactured home land-lease community.

The PMH PAC Golf Outing is always a great day! Enjoy a round of golf with friends and fellow industry professionals. Then either commiserate with your teammates or gloat to the other players at the 19th Hole Reception.
The low registration fee covers a full day of fun in the sun and includes a round of golf, cart, fees, all the beverages (beer, soda, water, etc.) you can drink on the course, the 19th Hole Reception and so much more. Enjoy a full buffet dinner and prizes at the 19th Hole Reception. The price is the same for members and non-members – so bring along a friend or two.
