The Pennsylvania Manufactured Housing Association has been the legislative, regulatory and educational voice of the factory–built housing industry for over 75 years. Though formed in 1946, we officially incorporated in 1949 establishing headquarters in New Cumberland, PA.

Meet PMHA’s Office Staff
Meet the team that supports PMHA’s daily operations and member services. Our office staff is dedicated to assisting members and managing the day-to-day operations of the association.
Mary Gaiski joined the association in 1986. She has a vast knowledge about the factory-built housing industry and is responsible for implementing legislative, regulatory, educational and promotional initiatives on behalf of the manufactured and modular housing industry.
As office manager, she is responsible for HR duties and all accounting needs of the association to include accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll. She answers titling questions and reviews title paperwork prior to being sent to PennDOT, as well as processes criminal history requests and answer phones.
Shaun entered the industry in 2005, working in sales for a home manufacturer. In 2026, he joined the team at PMHA. His role provides strategic and operational support to the Executive Vice President in association management, industry advocacy, regulatory engagement, and member relations.

Plans and executes all educational, training, and annual events, including venue selection, marketing materials, and agenda/handout development. Manages PMHA databases, website, and social media.
